Les Mills Sprint: A 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using state of the art STAGES indoor bikes to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. A high intensity, low impact workout, it's scientifically proven to return rapid results. The 30 minutes you put into a Les Mills SPRINT workout drives your body to burn calories for hours. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff? You smash your fitness goals, fast.
TurboKick: A 45 minute class designed with an athletic warm-up which transitions into an advanced cardio section, using intense intervals of kickboxing drills and increased tempo sprints, followed by work-recovery segments. This class will definitely get your heart rate up for a big cardiovascular challenge!
Camp Hamp: Okay, you can think “boot-camp”… but when have you EVER attended a “boot-camp” in a more beautiful outdoor setting? An intense combination class of athletic drills, cardio, plyometrics, strength, body weight conditioning and more! You may want to wear your spare gym gear for this one. Let’s get outside and see what we’re made of!
TRX Suspension Training: Whether you’re beginning a fitness journey or pushing toward your next summit, TRX Training helps you move better, feel better, and live better. Even while working arms or legs, Suspension Training® constantly challenges your core for a true total-body workout. Improve mobility, flexibility, strength, endurance, power, core strength and heart health using your own body weight for resistance. Come HANG AROUND and get a great workout!
Core Carve: 30 minute, form-focused workout that will challenge your core like no other! Concentrated and “tuned in” to building a strong foundation through isometric and dynamic movements. We will utilize body weight, sliders and weights to achieve an athletic and powerful mid-section.
KettleHell: A short 30 min (HITT) combo of strength and cardio using the kettlebells done in a timed tabata format. Short periods of MAX-OUT efforts followed by short rest periods designed to improve athletic and cardiovascular capacity. If you are looking for a quick, non-traditional kettlebell, give it your all workout…this is for you! This one checks all the boxes…quick, efficient, strength and cardio! WARNING…breathlessness may occur!
Les Mills BodyFlow: Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYFLOW™ is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During BODYFLOW an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.
Yoga: An all-level Yoga class where you will synchronize breath with movement. You will awaken your strength, energy and flexibility while linking conscious breath with a mindful flow. Yoga will train your body on how each joint moves so that you can move better in other classes and in whatever you do! Gain balance, range of motion and strength as you bring awareness to one movement at a time. Your body will thank you for this one!
Active Older Adult (AOA): Active Older Adult (AOA) fitness class that is designed to help senior citizens stay strong and independent. These exercises will help increase flexibility, mobility, range of motion, muscular strength and endurance, along with trunk stabilization and balance which is all needed to maintain daily living skills. This program uses equipment such as hand-held dumbbells, elastic resistance bands, and chairs for seated and standing support. Come join the group and stay moving!
